About the game
Understudy is a work-in-progress game about committing heinous acts of jealousy and avoiding your guilt. I don’t want to spoil too much in text, so here’s a short clip of the first section of the game. (CW: disturbing audio)
My role
My role in the project as the sole developer is to create all the systems and mechanics. This is includes the more mundane things like creating the character controller and interaction systems, but also more specialised things like the chapter/script system. Other than that my main role is making sure the project doesn’t fall apart at the seams, as I’m the only project member who’s experienced with source control software.
